TIGER Trays supply custom fabricated heavy-duty tonneau covers for utes, to help our customers cover their tools. We have been diligently supplying Aussie tradies with utes and ute accessories for the past twenty years.

Our tonneau covers suit the full range of alloy, steel and aluminium ute trays available from TIGER.

Tray covers are attached to the ute using a piece of bunji cord that is hooked over buttons which have been riveted to the outside of the ute tray. Our staff can have one fitted for you here on-site.

There are heavy penalties from the RTA for not correctly covering loads in NSW. Loads must be covered to secure and contain all materials within the vehicle and trailer. Our tonneau covers provide just the solution.

Weatherproof material

Since 1997, TIGER has been helping to keep Australia’s tradies trading. Our ute covers can withstand tough weather conditions thanks to waterproof vinyl material. We can fit your cover securely, so you know your tools are covered no matter what the weather conditions are.

Tensile strength

TIGER’s tonneau covers are capable of being drawn out and stretched over ute trays. The bunji cord securely connects to the buttons outside the ute, guarding the contents of the ute while also being able to be simply removed when needed.

In the case that the cords don’t stretch far enough, we offer custom-made covers by Siba, which provide a continuous cord.

Covers are available for the full range of TIGER utes, including the Tradie Tray, the Steel Tray, the Platinum Tray and the CUB Tray.

Abrasion and rot-resistant

TIGER Tonneaus are very durable. The material used is a vinyl that has a polyester weave backing making it difficult to tear. The material prevents rotting from water and other liquids and is abrasion-resistant so that your sharp tools have less chance to damage either side of the cover.
